Today's a public holiday ( martin luther king's birthday) ..we dropped by gilroy for some retailing ..went to usual shops like lids, adidas., nike etc etc... spent ard $240 ... had lunch at macs as well.
After gilroy , dropped by kohls n old navy
..thereafter headed back home

Santa cruz visit

Visited santa cruz today !

Key highlights

1) santa cruz boardwalk
- ate burger+ hotdog+fries combo lunch
- took 2 carousel rides with liam
- took roller coaster ride with jerine n pk !

2) visited streetlight records
-just bought a sega cartridge cause nothing much to choose frm..haha

3) visited henry cowell state park
- great view of the magnificent redwood trees !

San jose trip

Went to san jose today n did the following :

1) visited westfield mall to have lunch n exchange of pandora accessories - in the end spent 100+ for "upgrade" plus 1 new accessory

2)  purchased toys at toys r us for upcoming baby bdays

3) went to nickel city for video gaming fun!

4) shopped at ryan ranch cupertino ..bought some roast duck n char siew to share with the rest

Managed to compile a set of 50 different quarter coins .. through random spot n keep ..i believe this is the full set showing all 50 states :)

Final day of trip

Making our way back home...we left the hotel at ard 7 am , drove to la , switched car , n drove to monterey... plus stopover at san luis obispo macdonalds .... all in all 420 miles in 1 day !!!

San diego- zoo trip

After zoo, we proceeded to the nex at san diego..in terms of layout it was quite impressive - even had 2 floors of merchandise..but if compared to outlet , cannot surpass as outlet has host of discounts.

Dinner was at the food court..my 1st time having meal frm five guys.
N it was real good stuff.. the cajun fries were especially delicious

After dinner, went to commissary

Same as nex, the size n scale of items was really good ..we bought couple of candy to boost the ride back him

San diego - zoo visit

Prior to zoo trip , dropped by mission valley shopping centre to pack lunch frm panda express .also bought starbucks as well
